At this time we offer two product data files to customers with an active account with PetWholesaleUSA.com. We offer a daily inventory Excel file and a monthly Product Price Catalog Excel file. Our Excel file details all of our products available online so you can easily update your website and quickly build your order online for purchase. Inventory is updated daily to reduce cancellations and short ships. You can also use our product data file to build your website product listings if you wish.
Excel File Sending Schedule
At this time we offer the daily Inventory Excel file Monday-Friday and the monthly Product Price Catalog Excel file at the end of each month when we update our pricing. The Product Price Catalog Excel file is only valid for 1 month until the next Product Price Catalog Excel file is sent. You will receive your Inventory Excel files the following business day after subscribing. And you will receive your Product Price Catalog Excel file at the end of the month. Need Microsoft Excel? Excel File Columns
Column A - SKU – Stock Keeping Unit on PetWholesaleUSA.com
Column B - Quantity In Stock – Inventory available to purchase online when the file is sent.
Column C - Wholesale Price – Your Wholesale Price.
Column D - Retail Price – Suggested Retail Price.
Column E - MAP Minimum Advertised Price – Some manufacturers enforce MAP, do not list below MAP to avoid manufacturer violations.
Column F - Maximum Order Quantity – Some SKUs have a maximum numbers of units allowed per order to ensure products are available for all our retailers.
Column G - UPC – Universal Product Code, the barcode on the product.
Column H - MPN – Manufacturer Part Number.
Column I - GTIN – Global Trade Item Number.
Column J - Amazon – 3 Messages: Allowed by Manufacturer, Approval Letter from Manufacturer Required, or Not Allowed by Manufacturer.
Column K - Walmart – 3 Messages: Allowed by Manufacturer, Approval Letter from Manufacturer Required, or Not Allowed by Manufacturer.
Column L - Ebay – 3 Messages: Allowed by Manufacturer, Approval Letter from Manufacturer Required, or Not Allowed by Manufacturer.
Column M - Pet Category – Product pet category the item is under online.
Column N - Sub Category – Product category name.
Column O - Product Title – The product name.
Column P - Size – The product size, count, or volume.
Column Q - Variant Name – The product size and name combined.
Column R - Description – HTML Product description for your website or listings.
Column S - Brand – The product manufacturer brand name.
Column T - Condition – All products are sold as New. Never used/refurbished.
Column U - Product Count – The number of individual product units per SKU.
Column V - Length – Product Length in inches.
Column W - Width – Product Width in inches.
Column X - Height – Product Height in inches.
Column Y - Weight – Product Weight in pounds.
Column Z - Picture URLs – Product images.
Column AA - Image Count – The number of images per SKU.
Column AB - Color – The color of the product if available.
Column AC - Shopify Handle – Can be used for Shopify store listings if needed.
Column AD - Product URL – Product URL page on PetWholesaleUSA.com.

Who Can Receive Our Excel FIles
After your application is approved you will receive our Welcome Email asking if you wish to receive our Daily Inventory Excel file and/or our Monthly Product Price Excel file. You can also reach out to your account manager for a file if you wish.
